About Bulletin of the National Institute of Archaeology

The Bulletin was first published in 1901 under the name of Bulletin of the Bulgarian Archaeological Society (IBAD). Since 1921 it has been published under the name of Bulletin of the Bulgarian Institute of Archaeology (IBAI), while in 1947 the name changes to Bulletin of the Institute of Archaeology (IAI), to become since 2012 Bulletin of the National Institute of Archaeology (INAI).

Numbering: IBAD from the 1st to the 7th volume; IBAD/IAI from the 1st to the 38th volume (1995).
