Lectures of Dr. Sara Cura, Museum of prehistoric art, Mação, Portugal

The National Institute of Archaeology with Museum of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences invites you to a few lectures of Dr. Sara Cura, archaeologist at the Quaternary and Prehistory Lab, Museum of prehistoric art, Mação, Portugal. The lectures are organized within the frame of the ERASMUS Programme – lecturer mobility of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and will take place at the conference hall of the National Institute of Archaeology with Museum, Sofia, 1 Atanas Burov Square (opposite the Presidency).

Dr. Cura will present the following lectures:

On the 25th of September 2013 at 11 am:
•    Approaches to technology
•    Introduction to lithic technology
•    Technology on Quartzite exploitation

On the 26th of September 2013 at 11 am:
•    Archaeological remains in fluvial context
•    Prehistoric Art Museum of Mação: strategy and results
•    Archaeological knowledge socialization: the example of the Andakatu project
